A Year in Asia!
In April 2024 I headed first to Nepal to start my two Year Journey around the world.
Ethopia
After all my travels to the mountains, the jungles and the oceans of Asia it was time to change the continent and to experience another kind of culture, landscape and nature. Afrika was always a mystical place for me - the fantasy of my childhood days. The origin of mankind and the home of enourmous herds of animals, the home of lions and leopards, rhinos and elephants - the epitome of what wildness and pure nature once meant. Reality of course is different today. Wilderness has become a commodity and is mostly tamed and spoiled by masses of tourists. Having been in Aftrica multiple times I am excited but also afraid about what lies ahead of me.
